Editorial

Welcome to the second issue of Knowledge Politics Quarterly. There is an ‘international relations’ flavour to this issue. Anmol Kalsi assesses coverage of the ‘War on Terror’ and Cuihong Cai evaluates China’s role in the world in light of knowledge and technological development. Our lead article, however, is written by philosopher and founder of the Foundation of P2P Alternatives, Michel Bauwens. Bauwens has spent a lifetime assessing the affects of the digital society on social and economic relations, and this latest article will prove to be an extremely valuable contribution to that objective.

We are currently seeking submissions for the final two issues of Volume One, to be published in 2008.
