'Frontiers of Freedom' is a series of pamphlets from Knowledge Politics that discuss one of the emerging information society’s most contentious issues, intellectual property. Parts One, Two and Three focus on UK policy, the international legal regime and the
oretical perspectives on intellectual property, respectively.

This pamphlet is the first in a new series exploring the future of intellectual property rights in the digital age.  Focused on UK government policy, this pamphlet offers a range of responses to the recent Gowers Review of Intellectual Property, commissioned by the Treasury.
